Alternative dispute resolution-ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)/ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ODR)
According to article 49, paragraph 1 letter V of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 # 206 (consumer code) the customer who intends to resolve a dispute arising with the merchant can invoke the procedure of Conciliation.
