Best fabrics for the summer
With the arrival of spring we are already projected with the mind towards the beautiful season. The moment is perfect to also think about the tailored suits that will keep us company during the hot days. Today we want to give you some useful information on the fabrics that you can wear in the coming months, to make you choose with more awareness and make you feel at ease.
One of the most used fabrics in summer for tailoring is cotton, thanks to its lightness and softness that make it a very comfortable fabric. Obtained from the cotton plant, it is perfect with the summer heat, because it is able to absorb the body's moisture in its fibers, thus leaving the man who wears it always fresh. For this reason it is mainly used in the manufacture of tailored shirts. It should be noted that there are many types of cotton, some of which are very valuable, such as Sea Island Cotton at Giza, which in turn are divided into different sub-categories. Among these we find the Royal Oxford, a very famous type of cotton used in particular for the manufacture of shirts. Its peculiarity is that it is obtained from very thin cotton yarns, which make the fabric very soft, and all of the same color, which gives a silky effect to the fabric, rich in shiny reflections.

Wool even in summer
Contrary to what many think, wool is also a fabric that can be worn in the summer. In fact, there are many types of wool, some more suitable for winter such as flannel, others lighter and perfect for the summer months. This is the case of fresh wool, tropical but also solar. Merino wool, for example, is perfect for four-season clothes, because it has the ability to adapt to body temperature and therefore be perfect in any eventuality. Cool wool, on the other hand, is unbeatable for its weight between 200 and 250 grams, and is softer and more pleasant on the skin than linen and even fresher than cotton.

Great classic of linen
Linen is one of the most loved and purchased fabrics for the summer, made from natural fibers since ancient times. It is much loved for its breathable property, obtained thanks to a not too tight weave that allows air to circulate. Furthermore, linen never remains attached to the body, being a fairly rigid fabric, but is able to absorb the moisture released by the skin well and releases it spontaneously into the air. In addition to this, the linen fabric reflects the light thus repelling the heat towards the outside.

Dare with colors
In any case, regardless of the fabric you choose, summer is the right time to dare and experiment. If during the winter you usually wear work clothes, blue, gray, pinstripe and the like, this season you can get out of the routine and try new colors. It doesn't take much to start, even a more colorful tie than usual, and then gradually move on to multicheck trousers, which go perfectly with plain-colored jackets. Gradually you will become familiar with the color, and you will also be able to experiment with yellow, coral, blue and green jackets.
