Galaxy guide for young professionals - The colors of the dress
In the previous article we saw together how to choose a jacket of the right size and why it is so important. Today, however, I want to talk to you about the dress and in particular about the colors that are linked to certain work environments, not because there are strict and essential rules to follow, but because knowing the practice you can then also decide how to change it. As for the work suit, therefore, the first step is undoubtedly to choose a versatile one so that it does not give problems in combining with shirts and accessories. Furthermore, it will be useful that it is always portable, therefore a four-season: a wool twill weighing 260gr, pure four season, will be perfect. As for the colors, on the other hand, over time some links have been established between the color of the fabric and the working environment. Knowing this practice can be useful for more important occasions when you want to strictly follow the form, or for the first day of work, when you have to give the first impression to colleagues and superiors. So let's see these combinations in detail.
Dark gray - The law
Let's start with the dark gray color. This color represents the law because it immediately gives the wearer a look of rigor. So wearing a gray suit will make you look more rule-aware right away and will be perfect for all law-related professions such as lawyer, notary, magistrate etc.
Blue - Finance
As for the banking and financial sphere, the chosen color is blue, in all its nuances. This color in fact conveys calm, confidence and authority, characteristics certainly appreciated when dealing with money! Therefore perfect for all accountants, banks, brokers, financial advisors, etc.
Colors and patterns - Creativity
The professions in which, on the other hand, you can focus more on bright colors and eclectic combinations are the creative ones. Architects, advertisers, designers, journalists can opt for jackets with micro-workmanship, for example in dark shades of green, brown and light blue to combine with solid color trousers, perhaps in mustard color.
Finally, a little advice that can be useful to avoid making mistakes: often in shops and showrooms, lights can slightly distort the colors, so it is not always easy to distinguish, for example, between a dark gray and a blue. In order not to be mistaken, the trick is always to look at the lining, where the difference will be most evident!
