Customer care

Requirements for the role:

- Knowledge of the basic software for the use of the PC (Office package, Adobe package, e-mail);
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Italian and in addition at least one of the following languages: English, French, Russian, Spanish, German;
- Previous experience in similar roles of at least 5 years;
- Knowledge of foreign languages, in particular: English, French, Spanish, German.


Complete the profile:

- Seriousness, reliability, motivation;
- Problem solving;
- Creativity, flexibility.

Main tasks:

- Telephone customer service (customer support, management of incoming calls);
- Customer service by e-mail (answering customer e-mails regarding the status of orders, shipments, etc.);
- Customer service via Social (promptly respond to customers via Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, etc.);
- Customer service in Italian and at least one of the following languages: English, French, German.
- E-commerce are present in 5 states with 5 different languages.
- Employment contract: Full time.
- Salary: from € 1,300.00 to € 1,500.00 / month.
